Morning at the Monument Join the celebration of the FIRST anniversary Saturday morning, September 6, at the Soldiers’ & Sailors’ Monument on Public Square (Cleveland, OH.) Festivities will include: ** Tours of the Monument **Meeting Civil War re-enactors and Sons of the Union Veterans **Refreshments under a tent at the Monument grounds These events will be preceded by a membership meeting at 10:30am (all members/nonmembers are welcome to attend.) Bring your family, friends, colleagues and acquaintances to help kick off our 2004-membership campaign. Parking will be available at the Tower city parking lot off Huron Road for a discounted price of FREE (normal rate: $6.00.) Discount coupons will be distributed at the Monument.
