No, Sherri, Ebay didn't confide in me that action that they will take, but I have had experience in the past. Before they had this new rule against selling grave marker on Ebay. My DAR group found several for sale and were able to get them removed by stating that they were, obviously, stolen. Ebay decided that they didn't want to make the decision on whether they were stolen or collected my family, so they made the rule that they can NOT be sold. For that reason, I know that the item will be removed. It is interesting that you found what the H. V. C. means as I searched and couldn't find anything on it. Interesting too, my Mom was a Morgan and her Mom was a Hancock. I started a list similar to this to get those off of ebay, ebay immediately took care of it and I am surprised that another one got on.
