Kevin I understand where you are coming from, I lived through the Vietnam war with news daily and held my breath waiting for my husband to go, I remember my father serving in the Korean War, I had an Uncle who went to WWII and returned home to tell about it, my grandfather painted very graphic pictures of what he had seen in WWI with General Pershing, just like the massacre of Jews by the Germans, reading Anne Frank's diary, didn't make it real, seeing Schindler's list did.
