The undersigned has upwards of seventy certificates from the best planters in Louisiana, who have witnessed the operations of the Stubble Shaver in various soils; and there can be no questions of the fact that it meets--and fully meets--all the requirements and desideratums that could be needed or desired for performing cleanly, neatly and perfectly the work for which it was invented to perform, and in which performance it does the labor of at least fifteen hands with a hoe! It will also shave from 25 to 50 acres without sharpening. The price asked for them will be found to be surprisingly small considering the price paid for their manufacture. Planters wanting the Stubble Shaver will please address GEO. W. SISER, New Orleans or to A. ST. DIZER, Plaquemine: Or to J. McWilliams
