Sharon, I've just looked for Robert Gulliver and found him and his widow, Fannie. Unfortunately, the copy isn't very readable and I'm not sure where he served but it looks like __99 Ohio Infantry, the next line I can't read. 1888, Dec. 18, invalid, Application #682076 filed in MI 1890?
