    3. According to the info, she died 1705, most likely in Perquimans County, NC. Apparently your Oates family came from England by way of Barbados. Hope this is helpful. My wife is descended from a lot of Quaker families in the Perquimans, Chowan county area of North Carolina. Her Perry's were Quakers.
