I looked at the Ebay auction and would caution that these papers appear to be GAR, this is to say veteran's association papers issued after the war as opposed to actual records such as would have been given out by the regiment -- although each state is different and I am not an authority one should take that into consideration before bidding as a collector. Of course if it is your ancestor they are valuable as any documents might be that are unique to one's ancestor.
