Hi Debbie, My suggestion is that you find out what newspaper(s) were published in Blytheville, AR. during the time period that your parents met. Then find out if there are microfiche of the papers. If there are microfiche, say at the library there, you could look up the name of the library and send them a request asking what the name of the carnival was.
