Fred Foster (b. 1872) and wife Amelia Lloyd Foster (b. 1884) moved from Oregon to Oklahoma in the early 1900s. Their son, Fred, Jr. had at least two children, Billy (b. abt 1929) and Fairy (b. abt 1926) and in the 1930s they were all living in Asher, Pottawatomie Co., OK.
