Hello, My Aunt (not the wife of Colyce) tells me Cloyce was from Boone Iowa. She tell me that Cloyce's Father committed suicide before he was born, and his Grandparents raised him alone with his Mom. Thinking his Mom was his sister. Cloyce learned this from his school mates and left home at 16. And then at some point in time joined the B&B Circus. My cousin Billy has his trumpet Also she tells me he went to school with Mamie Eisenhower, Cloyce has told the family many times that he use to dip Mamie's pig tales in the ink wells. It is sad that can tell you all this and not even know when he was born or died. He did die in Cleveland, Ohio. But I am still searching. I also went to school with a Dale Bently, from Berlin Center, Ohio. Penny >From: "C. I live in Iowa and will do some searching for Cloyce Bently when I go to the library next time. If you know anything else about him or his family , it would help.
