All I know for sure is the following: - born 9 Sep 1894 in Quebec - he lived in L'Islet until July of 1923 when he crossed into Fort Kent, Maine - he definitely became a US citizen (though I'm only somewhat confident this happened after 1930) - he lived in Lowell, Mass as of 1930 and died there on 16 Sep 1963 - I know he married Rose Gaudreault in Quebec and she didn't follow him into the US the same year I have heard through family lore that Eugene left Canada because of a run in with the law and never returned. However, I know he left family behind there, but I am unable to connect any of them to Eugene with any certainty since enough of the facts don't line up on forms or other family trees. I know I would be the family hero if I could trace the Chouinard line back farther than the 1890s, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
