His parents were Edmond and Eunice Chouinard. I believe Edmond (or Edward) Chouinard was born in French Canada about 1886. Charles had a daughter, Jeanne and a son, Philippe. Charles died in 1974 in Valparaiso, Indiana. Charles may have had a marriage previous to his marriage to Esther.
