In Oklahoma in order to register and get your tribal membership cards, you have to have a direct descendant; i.e., mother or father, grandmother/grandfather, ggrandmother/ggrandfather, enrolled with the Dawes Commission. You will need their enrollment number. I don't know the procedure in Mississippi, but recall being told you have to be half to register in that state.
