I'm at ground zero and I need help. My dad was adopted in Vicksburg, Mississippi. His adopted name is Thomas Ray Smith. He was born 9-18-1957. Adele Catherine Tulis and William Ray Smith adopted him and a white girl from a different family. He thinks he was born in Philedelphia, MS. I know his social, and he thinks he saw his birth father before and his name is Chapman. He thinks his mother was white.
