Halito All: Lori I have Halls in my line. I can go back as far as the "French and Indian War". It starts with Leonard Hall who received 2000 acres from Gov. Patrick Henry of Va. for leading the Indians during the "French and Indian War". I forget just now whom he was married to but I do have that information. One of his sons, William Hall was married to a Woodward, again I can get that information to you, and they had a son Green. Many will recognize the Woodward name as a prominent trader name. Green married Mary Polly Barnes, known as Molly and they had a daughter Elizabeth Louisa Hall who married William Hanks. They are my gg-grandparents. They were all living in Kentucky at this time. William Hanks was the son of Fielding Hanks and Lydia Harper daughter of John and Mary Ann Harper and the first born in Boonesborough. John Harper was also known as Johnnie Hopiah. I do have more information but that's what I recall from memory. I hope this helps. Imafo __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
