    3. Dusty, do you have either Elizabeth Brashears, born 1795, or Martha Hayes, born 1795? Martha, was also known as Martha Pats(e)y Hay(e)s. Both were married to a white man, Joseph James Fisher. Elizabeth apparently died in MS sometime before the 1831-32 "Removal" after giving birth to Silas and Mary "Polly" Fisher. Joseph, age 47, and Martha, age 40, are shown on Barbara Wiltshire's Emigrants to the West, Vol. 3, along with 6 children. Incidentally, I got my GGGrandmother's packet from Ft. Worth. There's not 1 thing in there that shows HOW she got enrolled as 1/2 Choctaw. Most of the paperwork in her packet has to do with her granddaughter's husband trying to get on Dawes as I.W. I have never heard of the 1855 Cooper Roll. Where is it located? Does it list the Miss. Choctaw that stayed in Miss.
