    3. A cousin has found many enrollment packets at the Oklahoma Historical Society in Oklahoma City. (I can verify they are the SAME as what is on file at Ft. Worth. Or at least the one she got at OHS and the one I got from Ft. Worth for the same person are exactly the same.) I'm not sure what they charge for copying, but I don't think it'd be $10! Worth on application for citizenship of A.A. Spring. I was very happy to see that there are many affidavits stating that "Mima Morris" Jemima Morris my Gt Gt Gt Gt Grandmother was full blood Choctaw according to the affidavits. Most of the affidavits were from other Choctaw Indians who had to make a notarized X mark. Some were from a couple of names that I recognized from the Mississippi denied roll. (Such as Eliza Jack and Frances Isaac) One of the affidavits was from a man that had been one of the Secretary's of the Choctaw Nation. If I want to get the other 500 pages of the case file I am going to have to send Ft. Worth about $250. Also, I believe I have found my gt gt gt gt Grandfather on the attatchment to the Armstrong roll. He is listed as Barton, orphan son of Ahocatubbee. My relatives name was Thomas B Franklin. I am also researching the other side of the family, but this is what I have found. If any one would like copies of what I found, please let me know. --part1_97.2feb534d.2af0b900_boundary-- ==== CHOCTAW-SOUTHEAST Mailing List ==== To Unsubscribe: Send msg. to CHOCTAW-SOUTHEAST-L-request@rootsweb.com Put "one" word in "body" of message:...
