    2. I'm interested as to how you obtained the affidavits from Ft. Worth. I obtained the enrollment case files for my ancestors who were rejected. The interviews by the Commission on the Five Civilized Tribes indicated affidavits. However, there were none in the files. Also, their attorney was present and stated that he would provide proof within 30 days. That information was not in the file either. Any idea of where and how I can obtain the affidavits and attorney info? Thanks, Lori

I called them and read a letter my family had for years from the Choctaw Nation concerning the denial of one of the family members...there was a case number on it, and they recognised it as such and checked on it, then told me they had a great deal of information....There were about 50 pages...Other family members over the years had gotten bits and pieces from the Archives that were different from what I had gotten, but it was all part of the same case..Don't know why they don't have all of it in one place at the Archives...
