    3. Robert Cole son of Shumaka and James Cole was Chief after Apuckanabee died, he was replaced by his nephew Greenwood Leflore.     3. I forgot to add Coleman Cole is the son of Robert Cole. The McCurtain's who became chief's were also descendants of Shumaka, making them Cousins to the Cole's as well. Two other family names associated with Shumaka are Belvin and Nelson.
