Out of context, it is difficult to tell the exact meaning. However, "pisa" as a noun means "view" or "viewer" or "gazer." There are other possibilities as well. "Ho-min-ah" looks like a combination of "homi" (sour) and "na" (not). Roughly it might be translated "not sour the view."
