A local genealogy group, which has recently started in my area asked if I was aware of another source to purchase microfilm other than the NARA.....They had priced the M1186 microfilm rolls 39 - 56....which are the enrollment or census cards for the Choctaws ( Dawes Cards), when they inquired about them in fall 2005, they were quoted $34.00 per roll...now they are $65.00 per roll, which prohibits this purchase. Also any information on CDs, that might have the Dawes Enrollment and census information. If anyone is aware on sharing any information they have as to where the above might be obtained, please let me know... James

The microfilm from NARA can be rented through your local librarian.
