According to the census she was born in MS, AL Indian Territory and the Choctaw Nation. Her daughter stated Indian Territory and the Choctaw Nation. Her grandaughter said she was 1/4 Cherokee. My question is... would it be possible to be a Cherokee and be born in the Choctaw Nation in 1820. By 1841 she is married and in AR. If their were Cherokees living in the Choctaw Nation does someone know approximately the territory so I could start to do research their. I do not know her maiden name. But her first husband was Jonathon Park and her second husband was Isaac Roop. Thank you for any reply
