Sibby was a Choctaw Indian (b. 25 Sep 1891-OK) and daughter of Eleas (Elias) Loring and Louisa Hopper. She married Coy Ray Stafford (20 Aug 1912-Ark.; d.10 Aug 1967-Ventura County, CA), son of Robert Lee Stafford and Myrtle Iva Middaugh. Emma and Coy had a possible 14 children born in Oklahoma, Texas, and California. Some known names: Patsy, Helen, Billie, Johnny Sibyl, Junior (Coy Ray), Iva Ethel Lorraine, Bobbie (Robert) Lee, Izola Doloris, Julia Ann, Thomas Walter, and Glenda Lou. The Children were taken away and put in foster homes at various times. At least one was adopted. Patsy married someone with a last name starting with 'Z' and at one time, lived in Baytown, Texas. Billie's possible married name is Patton. Junior died in Merced County, California, in 1968. Iva married Donald Cochran. They lived in Earlimont, California, but she died July 4, 2005. Bobbie (Robert) Lee died in Kern County, California, in 1985. He has a daughter named Tamara. Izola married Henry Odell Smith. They at one time lived in Dixon, California.
