Thanks, James. I mentioned purchasing the book and its price only because of mail to Choctaw-Southeast from someone trying to sell a copy at Ebay. I submitted several bids then finally came to my senses and dropped out. I haven't checked out local library to see if they have a copy. 'Am not in the Choctaw Nation, though. Norman was Oklahoma Territory and south of us is the Chickasaw Nation.
