I know that he and 5 members of his family were relocated to Indian Territory at Govt. expense, arriving 12-12-1832, that he's listed in the Armstrong Roll, he was a delegate to the convention that formed the Choctaw Constitution (in 1834?) and that he was active in the affairs of the tribe. Doaksville grew up around his store. Can you tell me anything else about him? His son and grandson's Dawes applications were rejected.
