Dusty: Unfortunately, they were all rejected because of insufficient evidence to identify them. When I look at the questions that they were asked by the Commission, it was easy to determine that they would be refused because they had not made claim to joining the Choctaws prior to filing their enrollment application. The case files indicate that they came from Alabama prior to moving to Mississippi. I believe Choctaw, Alabama was mentioned by my gg grandmother's half brother in his case file.
