I vaguely remember where Monroe is. It's been a long time since I have visited the area. I am trying to find more information on my grandmother Sadie-Tullos-Rigdon's father, Richard Tullos. I haven't found any information on him whatsoever. It's like nothing exists on them. Maybe I am just too new to this and don't know the ins and outs on how to find things?
