    3. Ron - What Williams; where and when?? My GGGrandmother was Mariah Williams, a half-Choctaw who was in Arkansas in 1828 and was removed to IT along with the Old Settler Cherokees in the first removal of peoples to IT at that time. As far as I know she stayed in the Cherokee country, or, possibly the Creeks near Muskogee. All I know is her name, but nothing about who her parents, origen or immediate descendants were ( I suspect her daughter or granddaughter married a man named Wilkes around the Ft. Gibson/Tahlequah area of NE Okla.) Any help would be appreciated. Yokoke.
