Please be aware that the Vital Records Dept. in Oklahoma City - will assume Tulsa is the same since it is a state office - charges for death certificates, birth certificates, etc., whether they find them or not. I used to be able to order the certificates by mail: however, 3-4 years ago, they started requiring an enlarged photo I.D.....forget what else. I paid for a death certificate for my husband's grandfather who died in 1909: no certificate, but I did get charged for looking it up!
