Do you know of a William Frazier who live in Indian Territory near Ft. Smith in 1895? This man murdered my GG grandfather; Erwin Cowart Justice. I've not been able to find out if he served any prison term or not? I have the court records but not the verdict. I've had the folks at the Ft.
