    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: Terrel lor Fulcher Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/topics.ethnic.natam.nations.choctaw.choctawnat/2840/mb.ashx Message Board Post: Like so many others,my maternal grandmother frequently mention "Indian blood" on her side of the family. I am trying desperately to prove this allegation. In researching my ancestors I have come upon two [2] women who pose problems. The data I have on them is as follows: Terrell, Mary [b. 1779 in VA and the daughter of Reuben Terrell; mother listed as "UNK."] She married Sprenkle/Sprinkle, William [b. 1780 in VA]. I find it curious that the mother is listed as "unk." and have been unable to locate ANY data. One of their offspring was Sprinkle, George Washington [born 1808 VA] and married Fulcher, Emeline D. [born 1826 VA]. Emiline appears on the 1850 census as living with the parents of GWS and there are NO records of her prior to this. I have checked census records prior and have been unable to locate any data on her other than that stated. The Terrells, upon locating to VA in the mid-late 1600's resided in the Chickahominy Creek [N. Kent Co. VA] and the Pamunkey River areas. Anyone with any pertinent data which might aid in my search, please e-mail me at either tbunny1@msn.com or PaleBuffalo@ verizon.net Thank you. P.M. Scott
