I believe that Katy Benson was his second wife (she was married to James Barnes who was killed by white men in Crowder, Choctaw Nation, I.T. in 1880, her then marrying Lorenzo in 1882). My Grandmother was the daughter of Lorenzo and Katy. Her name was Francis M. Hendrix. Lorenzo was a Confederate veteran and Katy drew a pension thru the State of Oklahoma for his service during the War Of Northern Aggression. I am, obviously, needing as much information as possible about these kinfolks. And, of course, I am seeking my Indian heritage as passed down to me by them.
