I have read the Congressional investigation into Ward's activities, but there was no mention of any action by congress. I am also aware that there were cases that spanned into the 20th. century. I also understand that these materials are rare and hard to find. I would like to know if there was any action by congress. What were the findings of the court cases? Where can I find this material?
