    3. Sandee, You should check the WWI Draft Registration Cards for Oklahoma. Draft Reg. Cards are a great source of research information for the most part. There is a Dock Tatum who was listed as Indian, born 12 Aug 1897. Reg. in Pontotoc Co. There is a Thomas Tatum who was listed as Caucausian, born 5 Oct 1891. Reg. in Pontotoc Co. There are other Tatums but either white or black.
