I guess I don't understand, you say they aren't registered then state that they were. If they were on the roll you should contact the Choctaw Nation . All you do for membership is trace your line back to the kids on the roll...blood lines only with documentation, like full form birth and or death certs. Choctaw require no amount...so regardless of full, or 1/64 and on, you can still be a member. Give them a call. Carla
