I have two Blue names in Collins Co., TX. One was Francis H. Blue that was married there in 1879. He was born 1 Feb 1859. The second Blue was Naomi Blue (b.15 Oct 1861)that was also married in Collins Co., TX in 1879. Naomi and her husband moved to Indian Territory and had a son born there in 1898. That was the time frame for the Final Rolls and could "possibly" be the reason they went to Indian Territory. They then moved on West, but I do not know that time frame or why. I have found many Indians in Texas before 1898. "Maybe" that is why they went to Indian Territory. I have not researched the Blue name. My son-in-law is a descendant of Naomi Blue.
