MCR stands for Mississippi Choctaw Rejected. You had to live in Indian Territory (now Oklahoma) during the enrollment period in order to be recognized as a tribal member. If this is your Mary Ann Ryan her family evidently opted to stay in Mississippi. Maybe someone else can explain this record a little better.
