Found Jerry Williams, as Elijah went by Jerry Williams. SSN: 288-09-5117 Last Residence: 45648 Lucasville, Scioto, Ohio, United States of America Born: 23 Aug 1892 Died: Mar 1970 State (Year) SSN issued: Ohio (Before 1951 ) I went to order the SS card . Every time I put the date in 03/22/1970 the form told me to enter the Death date in the correct Format. I can't get it to continue. I was so glad to find his S.S. and deathdate, but it is a no go so far.I will try to get asistance from Ancestry.com.
