I always though you just did it by simple math...cut the blood quantum in half every generation, but for some reason the govt. doesn't do it like this (I was told). You can't believe everything people tell you or what you read either. I have been at this over twenty years and this is the first time I have ever heard of only loosing 1/8 per generation. I don't think the info is correct.
