    3. Hi Marian, The Nowatubbe family was listed on the 1855 census living in Tobuscky Co. which would be Pittsburg Co. Ok. now. I know that Nowatubbe's daughter (my grandmother) Seyon Walker-Winship died there and was buried in Latimer Co. Ok. 1917. I had seen an earlier e-mail a couple of week's ago stating that any name that ends in tuh-bee or tubby is a war name. It means someone who killed an enemy in battle. So I'm not sure if there is a relation between Nowatubbe and Mea-hin-tubbe but you never know. :) Lori ----- Original Message ----- From: james watson <j.watson2@worldnet.att.net> To: <CHOCTAW-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, March 15, 2000 04:13 PM Subject: Re: [CHOCTAW] Walker/ Noahubbee > Where were your family in 1855?
