Dear subscribers: Due to a recalcitrant spammer, I have had no choice but to permanently disable the gateway between the China GenConnect board and the CHINA-L list. The guy has now learned that he can post his advertisement on the GenConnect board by changing his e-mail address. Rather than have his spams continue to enter into the archive on CHINA-L, I have shut down the gateway. We can fight him more effectively on the GenConnect end, but it looks like it will be a long and neverending battle.
