We adopted our daughter, FU Tian from Yingtan Social Welfare Institute in Sept. of 1995. We have information on where she was abandoned and who found her. We know that she was found in a government building in Lianhe, Hengfeng County, Jiangxi Province. This is south and east of Yingtan. Any help would be appreciated. This is NOT one of the major cities and it difficult to be able to find information to help answer my child's questions.Thanks.
