Fl his wife was Rachel Chesser (1st wife) Their children where Alexander, Elizabeth, and James in the . James S father was Thomas T born SC in 1802, His father was Thomas Samuel born in SC in 1776. I don't know if this is any connection.

    3. 25 April 2004 P. Harvey: I have researched through all my Chesser family data. The earliest Chesser I have is John W. Chesser, Born 1842. All Chessers are from 1842 to present. There is a possibility my Chessers and yours are related. But I don¹t have that info. Many thanks for providing this information. I¹ll hold on to it in case I come across something which may help.
