The person's name is Thomas DODD, and his name was given as next-of-kin to Frederick DORMAN on Attestation Papers for the Canadian Expeditionary Force in 1914. Frederick DORMAN, and he states that he was born on March 1, 1885 @ Chester, England. To date, I haven't been able to track this person down in the UK, so I am hoping that his next-of-kin information may help. The address given for Thomas DODD is Goughs Court, Upper Northgate Street, Chester. I have checked the 1911 census, and there is only 1 family living at this location, and they are Samuel & Elizabeth JONES plus 6 children and 1 nephew named Albert AMSON.
