Michelle, A lot of ICI records are held at the Catalyst Science Discovery Centre/Museum in Widnes (www.catalyst.org.uk). As Elaine says if you could send details of his name and dates I could also look this up for you as I originate from the area and have long-standing family connections with ICI and Brunner-Mond.
