I think I will have to contact the vicars - there are three of them - at Prestbury to ask if they would kindly let me know whether there is a visible memorial to George Watts in the church there. So many memorials of people buried in the floors of churches are now covered with carpet or matting and are very often worn away by the feet of worshippers anyway. But I'll give it a try. Ruth
