Lilian, I read the details you provided on your family members and thought the parallels were too much to pass by. Let me start by telling you what I learned of my 4 X great grandparents. My ggrandfather died in 1836 and ggrandmother in 1840. She resided in Brinnington when she passed. They both were buried at the Bethesda Methodist Cemetery, Cheadle Edgeley. A couple of years ago I went searching for this cemetery and was unable to locate it, so I contacted the Stockport Library. A very nice and helpful man took up my search and phoned me back within the hour. He explained to me that the cemetery had been over taken by a row of shops. The library had the MIs from the cemetery, but very little else in the way of information. I hope my experience may somehow aid you in your endeavors.
