A suggestion - an email to Chester RO asking for a look-up might produce an answer. The register appears to be of the 'Dade' type and if you explain the problem the archivist may provide the service free in this instance. Hopefully CRO might be able to fix the problem with FMP through an intervention from their side - they hold more sway than us mere mortals. I can't believe it wasn't photographed. But who knows?
