The missing right-hand pages were photographed in the sense that they are on the microfilm. The missing pages were digitally imaged by FamilySearch - I know that because on a couple of occasions I have persuaded FMP to concoct a combined image of the left and right-hand pages and replace the left-hand image with the mash-up. It is *probable* that a combination of FS's indexing and FMP's software mean the missing images are not accessible.
