I’m trying to find the 1911 Census Record for my ancestor Mary Elizabeth Turton (nee Preston). Perhaps someone has come across this family. Details are: Mary Elizabeth Preston born 29/03/1881 Aston by Budworth, baptised 29/05/1881 at St Mary’s and All Angels Great Budworth. Married Herbert Turton at St Cross Appleton Thorn in 1903. Known children: Florence Mary born 22/02/1904 Stockton Heath Thomas Herbert Hargreave born 3rd Qtr 1905 Stockton Heath Dorothy Rhodes born 10/01/1911 Stockton Heath The family were probably in the Warrington area in 1911 as both Mary & Herbert died in Stockton Heath (1940 & 1971). The children’s full names are fairly uncommon which I would have thought made searching easier. I’m wondering whether this is one of those Census records with spelling errors so I've tried a few variations of Turton, without success. Any ideas welcome! Bob Owen

They appear to be transcribed on Ancestry as Verton. Living in Stockton Heath. Piece number 21606. Searched for Dorothy with parents Herbert and Mary. Did not use any surname.
